The dining room service was perfect.

Wonderful hotel, particularly good and perfect location, we booked the deluxe room and enjoyed it. Location: the property was not far from area restaurants and shopping, the park, many spas, and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the lovely city of Montecatini, and the mountain.

The hotel was top quality, it had a quiet and ideal location close enough to the shops / restaurants as well as the park, funicular and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the generous and savoury breakfast served by dolce-dessert.

Staff great at breakfast with good selection. Lovely pool and very family friendly. Well positioned within Montecatini Terme. Rooms spacious and very well air conditioned.

Soundproofing between rooms. there's little room, quiet, when there's a neighbor, you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the hallway!

Had a fantastic stay with a lovely surprise upgrade to a beautiful room and a bed that was super comfortable! The outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The sun loungers were great for relaxing in the sun. Just a small note about the bar being closed briefly, but overall, I'd totally recommend it for a fun getaway! 🌞

The hotel has a lovely outside swimming pool which you will enjoy. The price is very good for young couple to spend holidays. It is very near the conference centre of Montecatini. Really like its Breakfast, large quantitiy and delicious.

However, I hope the hotel could provide kettles to every room.

We had such a lovely time here, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast each morning and relaxing in the gorgeous outdoor pool after a day of exploring. There were also nice sun loungers available for soaking up some rays. One minor hiccup was waiting a bit longer for drinks at the bar during peak hours, but it didn’t ruin our great trip! 🌞

Our room was good with a comfortable bed, and the staff's really good service during breakfast made every morning special as they offered a great selection of high-quality products.

For dads, it would be great if there were coffee available in the room.

Excellent place with great amenities like wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge area. I remember the staff helping me with dining directions during my first stay. I'll keep coming back for a city break!

The hotel features a spacious beautiful room with a large, comfortable bed and a generous bathroom. The public areas boast elegant decorations and provide ample lounge spaces, including two sun terraces for unwinding, although beware of mosquitoes in the summer.

Breakfast can be an exercise in patience, especially for late risers, as the buffet tends to be sparse by around 09:00 AM, following the early-morning tour groups. The pool, while nice, lacks consistent cleaning. I noticed debris settled at the bottom . Securing sun loungers can be a challenge in the afternoons, and there's potential noise from the street that might disturb light sleepers.
